I’m a therapist, coach, and podcast host, and I specialize in helping women create lasting transformation in their minds, bodies, and everyday lives. My approach combines brain science, compassion, and practical tools that actually work — because I believe healing doesn’t have to be overwhelming, and you don’t have to do it alone.

How I Work

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor- Mental Health (LPC-MH), certified coach, and lifelong learner when it comes to understanding how the brain, body, and behavior all connect. I’ve spent years studying mental health, wellness, habit change, and the neuroscience behind why we do what we do — and how we can actually change it.

In my work, I blend therapeutic insight with real-life tools. Whether we’re working through deep emotional patterns or building new daily habits, my approach is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and rooted in what works. I’m not here to “fix” you — I’m here to help you understand yourself more clearly and move forward with confidence and clarity.

Depending on your needs and location, we might work together through:

  • Therapy — for South Dakota and Wyoming residents looking for emotional healing, nervous system regulation, or support with anxiety, disordered eating, or trauma

  • Coaching — available anywhere, focused on mindset, healthy weight loss, sport and performance goals, or building habits that align with your values

My
Story

I didn’t become a therapist and coach because I had it all figured out. I chose this path because I’ve lived through the very struggles I now help women navigate — anxiety that made it hard to breathe, emotional eating that felt impossible to control, and a constant undercurrent of shame that made me question my worth.

For a long time, I believed something was just wrong with me. But over time, I began to understand my thoughts and behaviors through a different lens — one rooted in brain science, self-compassion, and a deeper connection to what really matters. That’s when everything changed.

My own healing journey is what led me here. It’s why I’m so passionate about helping other women move from stuck and overwhelmed to clear, calm, and connected — with themselves and the life they want to live.
